The Pain Runs Every Session

01

Rows, deadlifts, chin-ups. The second your grip takes tension, the inside or outside of your elbow lights up. Your back never gets trained hard because your elbow taps out first.

02

Curls are gone. You've tried EZ bars, hammer grips, cables. Every variation finds the same spot.

03

You strapped on the brace, iced it after every session, and took two weeks off. The pain came back the first week you touched real weight.

04

Warm-ups keep getting longer. You spend ten minutes rubbing your forearm and testing the elbow before you trust it with a working set.

05

Outside the gym it follows you. Shaking hands. Opening a jar. Carrying groceries. The same sharp jolt through the elbow you've had for months, sometimes years.

You keep training. The elbow keeps deciding how hard.

02

You've Done Everything Except Load The Tendon

Everything you've tried treats the symptom. None of it rebuilds the tendon. That's why none of it holds.

Rest

Six weeks off and the pain returns within two sessions. Tendons don't heal by resting. They heal by loading. Every week of rest deconditions the tendon further, then you blame yourself for "coming back too fast."

Braces & Ice

The strap changes where the tendon takes force. Ice numbs it for an hour. Neither one sends the tendon a signal to rebuild, so the moment you grip a bar the problem is exactly where you left it.

Cortisone

A couple weeks of relief. The symptoms were hidden, not fixed. When it wears off the pain comes right back, and the cortisone weakens the tendon while it's in there.

03

The Two-Phase Elbow Foundations Protocol

Built from a decade of rehabbing elbows that rest, braces, and injections never fixed. Golfer's elbow and tennis elbow are both tendon problems at the elbow. Different side, same fix.

PHASE 01

Isometrics: Cut The Pain First

Daily isometric holds load the tendon without aggravating it. They give immediate pain relief and drive blood to tissue that gets very little of it. You start here and stay here until the pain drops, not until a calendar says so.

PHASE 02

Strength: Rebuild The Whole Forearm

Once the pain is down, a progressive strength block rebuilds every motion the forearm produces, not just the one that hurts. Eccentric-focused work speeds up tendon repair, and each session adds load or reps so the tendon keeps getting the signal to adapt.

THE RULE THAT MAKES IT WORK

Progress By Symptoms, Not The Calendar

Tendons heal slower than muscle. This protocol tells you exactly when to progress, when to hold, and how much to pull your training volume back so you stop stacking rehab on top of the overload that caused the problem.

Questions, Answered

Do I need to know if it's golfer's elbow or tennis elbow?
No. Golfer's elbow is pain on the inside of the elbow. Tennis elbow is pain on the outside. Both are tendon problems treated the same way, and the protocol trains both sides of the joint. You run the same plan either way.
My pain is at the back of the elbow, or in the biceps. Is this the right guide?
Probably not. Pain at the elbow crease that flares on curls and chin-ups, pain at the front of the shoulder on pressing, or pain at the point of the elbow on dips and lockouts points to a biceps or triceps tendon problem. That's a different guide: Un-F*ck Your Elbow. Inside or outside of the elbow, especially with gripping and pulling, is this one.
I've had this for 2+ years. Am I past the point where loading works?
No. Tendons remodel as long as you load them correctly. A chronic case has more deconditioning to work through, so early sessions can feel harder than expected, but the mechanism is the same. Greg in the testimonials had a two-year case that resolved in two months.
What if both elbows hurt?
Run the protocol on both arms at the same time, at the same load. Bilateral cases are common, especially in people with high pulling and grip volume. The protocol handles them without per-arm adjustments.
Can I keep training while I run it?
Yes. The protocol is built to run alongside your training, not replace it. You cut training volume by about 25%, usually from arm and pulling work, while the tendon rebuilds. Lifting straps can take extra load off the elbow during your regular sessions. You keep training. You don't deload to zero.
How fast will I see results?
The isometric phase usually produces relief quickly, and most people feel a meaningful shift inside the first two weeks. But the protocol progresses on symptoms, not a schedule. You move to the strength phase when your day-to-day pain has dropped, and if that takes longer than two weeks, the protocol tells you exactly what to keep doing until it does.
My elbow pain is from BJJ, climbing, golf, or manual work. Not lifting.
The tendon doesn't care which activity overloaded it. Climbers, golfers, BJJ athletes, plumbers, electricians. The loading mechanism is the same, so the rehab is the same. You'll apply the same volume logic to whatever caused it, but the protocol doesn't change.
What equipment do I need?
Phase 1 needs almost nothing and can run at home. Phase 2 assumes access to a standard gym. Nothing specialty. Everything in the protocol uses equipment already in any commercial or well-equipped home gym.
Who is this NOT for?
This protocol is for tendon pain caused by overuse. It's not for acute traumatic injuries, confirmed tears, or post-surgical cases. If you have numbness or tingling running into your fingers, that points to a nerve problem, not a tendon problem, and you should see a clinician in person.
How does the refund work?
Email us inside 30 days of purchase and we refund every cent. You keep the guide. The 30 days starts the day you buy, not the day you start the protocol.

Two Weeks From Today.

Two weeks into rebuilding the tendon, or two more weeks of managing it. The protocol starts the day you buy it.
